Card questions
It is a digital card in the form of a web page that shows all the information you want to share with your clients. It is easy to create, fully customizable, and offers analytics to help you make decisions based on real data.
Once created, you can add your card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet and share it using a QR code. Your clients only need to scan it to access your card. You can also share the direct web link.
With the free plan, you can create one single card. Paid plans allow you to create multiple cards for one or more users, depending on your organization's needs.
Yes, you can edit your card as many times as you want. All changes will be automatically synchronized in your Wallet.
You don't need to do anything. Any change you make to your card will update automatically in your Wallet.
Organization questions
In paid plans, an organization represents your company's structure and allows you to manage all of its members. This helps all the users have a clear view of who is who within the company. In an IDQR organization you can assign roles, delegate functions, create cards in bulk, view aggregated analytics, and much more.
Roles are predefined permissions that allow you to delegate responsibilities within your organization. IDQR includes four roles: OWNER, ADMINISTRATOR, EDITOR, and USER.
The USER role primarily has viewing permissions. A USER can access their own cards and view the cards of their team members. They also can view the organizational chart as well as personal and team statistics.
In addition to USER permissions, an EDITOR can create users within their team, create cards for them and manage personal as well as team contacts.
The ADMINISTRATOR role includes all EDITOR permissions and applies them across the entire organization, not just within a single team. An ADMINISTRATOR can manage cards, users, and contacts across all teams, as well as manage templates for bulk card assignment.
The OWNER role is assigned to the user who created the organization account. In addition to ADMINISTRATOR permissions, the OWNER can manage the subscription, payment method, and account cancellation.
If you have the ADMINISTRATOR or OWNER role, you can change the roles of other users in the organization. However, you cannot change the role of the OWNER or your own role.
There is no direct method to transfer the OWNER role. However, you can change the owner's email and then update the necessary details. This process requires OTP validation for both the old and the new email.
Yes. With the ADMINISTRATOR role, you can move users across the entire organization, even leaving some users without an assigned manager. With the EDITOR role, you can only move users within your own team.
It's very simple. Just create a template in the Templates section and assign it to the members of your organization. Users will receive an automatic email and will be able to start using their cards instantly. Also, cards assigned from a template synchronize automatically when the template or user data changes.
Account questions
You can upgrade your plan at any time in the Settings page. The ENTERPRISE plan is dynamic and can be scaled accordingly as your organization grows. If there are remaining days in your current subscription, their value will be deducted from the payment of the new plan.
If your subscription payment fails, your account will be suspended. Your data will not be deleted, but your access will be limited. You can restore the subscription manually and regain full functionality of the account.
You can cancel your subscription from the Settings page. After canceling, you will maintain the access to your account until the expiration date. You can restore the subscription at any time.
You can delete your account from the Settings page. If the account has a paid subscription, only the user with the OWNER role can delete it. The process permanently deletes cards, templates, users, contacts, and the organization. This action is irreversible.
Yes. You can change the payment method at any time from the Settings page. Once validated, the new method will be used for the next subscription renewal.
