Analytics

IDQR tracks a wide range of metrics related to your digital business card, such as clicks, visits, contact exchanges and other interactions. By combining this data, the platform provides a complete view of how people engage with your card. It also enables advanced analytics, including engagement rate analysis and conversion funnel insights, so that you can make informed decisions based on the data.
Tracked metrics

The key metrics are card visits, contact shares, and contact saves. These metrics help you understand how many times your card has been viewed, how many people shared their contact details with you, and how many saved your contact information to their device. In addition, IDQR records other interactions performed on your card, such as clicks on your email button, media links, website and others.

Charts to evaluate interactions

View the key metrics using either a linechart or a heatmap graph. While the linechart is useful for identifying patterns, peaks, and long-term trends; the heatmap helps quickly identify areas of high and low activity without reading detailed numbers.

Conversion funnel

The conversion funnel shows how many card interactions turn into actual contact exchanges. This helps you identify opportunities for improvement. For example: Are you attending the right events? Are you targeting the right audience?

Perform comparative analysis

IDQR provides tools to easily compare performance across cards and users. The team leaderboard highlights top contributors based on contact exchanges and visits. Meanwhile, the Analytics Explorer lets you analyze the performance of individual cards or users over any selected time period.

Contact analytics

The contacts can be categorized by sectors and department. This information is represented as a pie chart so that you can better understand distribution patterns and have a clear picture of your audience.
